SAMSUNG USERS Enabling Accessibility causes TalkBack to also become enabled. To fix Settings – Accessibility – TalkBack Settings, uncheck the sound options. Go back to System Settings – Application Manager – scroll across to All – Disable Google TTS and Samsung TTS applications. 
Now with unlimited colours
